How to use it in your final week
- Burn the primary-assessment order into muscle memory: general impression + AVPU, then XABC — massive bleeding, Airway, Breathing, Circulation — treating each life threat the second you find it.
- Front-load Primary Assessment (39–43% of scored items). If you master one domain from the sheet, make it this one, then Patient Treatment & Transport (20–24%).
- Rehearse the numbers that get tested cold: CPR 100–120/min and at least 2 inches deep, 30:2 adult ratio, ventilate an adult every 5–6 seconds, and normal adult vitals.
- Pair every review pass with a short timed practice set so the adaptive, one-question-at-a-time format feels routine on exam day.
