This policy describes what information careeremployer.com (“Career Employer,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use the site, and how it's used. The short version: the site works without an account, we collect very little, and your study activity stays on your device.
No accounts, no sign-ups
You can use every study tool on this site without creating an account or providing an email address. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any registration data through normal use of the site.
Your study progress stays on your device
Features like flashcard scores, practice test progress, and module checkpoints are stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. This data is never transmitted to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Analytics
We use privacy-focused, aggregate analytics (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) to understand which pages are used and how fast they load. These tools do not use cookies and do not track you across other websites; data is anonymized and aggregated.
Server logs
Like virtually all websites, our hosting infrastructure records standard technical logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — used for security, debugging, and abuse prevention. Log data is not linked to any personal profile.
Advertising and affiliate links
