QAS vs. AAF — Which Math Test Will You Take?
ACCUPLACER has three math tests, but you usually take only the one (or two) your college assigns based on your intended program. Arithmetic covers the basics; QAS and AAF are the two higher-level tests, and knowing the difference tells you what to study.

Master the four operations with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. To add or subtract fractions, use a common denominator; to multiply, multiply across; to divide, multiply by the reciprocal. Keep decimal points aligned when adding and subtracting decimals.
