- Run the suicide-risk sequence until it's reflex: ideation, plan, means, intent, history, then protective factors — and remember asking about suicide never raises risk.
- Read the sheet the morning of your exam for a last pass on the founder-to-model matchups (Beck-CBT, Linehan-DBT, Rogers-person-centered, de Shazer-solution-focused, Minuchin-structural) and the safety-first rule for case items.
